What we keep, and why.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and your password, stored scrambled so that nobody — including us — can read it.
• Your orders: which invitation you bought, the amount and whether it was paid. Card and wallet details are handled by Wayl, never by us.
• Your invitation: the names, dates, places, messages, photos and music you add to it.
• Your guests' replies: each guest's name, whether they are coming, how many people, and — if they choose to give them — a phone number and a message.
• Custom design requests: your name, email and what you describe.

Cookies

We use only the cookies Invite OS needs to work: keeping you signed in, saving your unfinished designs, remembering your language and light or dark mode, and letting a guest change their own reply. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run the service: build your invitation, take payment and show you your guest list.
• To send the emails the service depends on, such as your invitation links and notices of new replies.
• To keep the service safe, for example by limiting repeated submissions.

Who can see it

• Your invitation can be seen by anyone who has its link — that is how it reaches your guests.
• Your guest list can be seen only by you, when signed in to the account the invitation was bought on.
• We share data only with the companies that help us run Invite OS — Wayl for payments, our hosting and email providers, and an error-monitoring service that receives technical details when something on the site breaks — and only as far as each needs.

How long we keep it

Your account, invitations and guest replies are kept while your account is active, so your invitation keeps working. Unfinished designs that have not been touched for 90 days are deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data at any time. A guest who wants their reply removed can ask the host or contact us directly.
