The terms of using Invite OS.

What we provide

Invite OS lets you choose an invitation design, personalise it, and publish it as a link you can share. Your guests can reply through the invitation, and you see their replies on a private guest list.

Your account

• Use an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Buying an invitation

• Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars before you pay, and you pay once for each invitation.
• Payment is handled by Wayl. We never see or store your card or wallet details.
• Your invitation is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Your content

The names, words and photos you add stay yours. You allow us to store and show them so that your invitation works. You must have the right to use anything you upload, and you may not use Invite OS for anything unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our designs

The designs, artwork and software behind Invite OS belong to Easy Technology Company. Buying an invitation lets you use your personalised invitation for your event; it does not let you copy, resell or reuse the designs elsewhere.

Your guests' information

Replies your guests send reach you through your guest list. You are responsible for how you use their names, phone numbers and messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep every invitation online, but the service may pause briefly for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions we could not reasonably prevent.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Ending your use

You can stop using Invite OS at any time. We may suspend an account that misuses the service or breaks these terms.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Invite OS means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
